Down Home Cookhouse - Brooklyn

CLOSED. We loved Down Home, especially their Fried Chicken, awesome rotating Seafood Specials, homemade desserts, low prices, but sadly, it's all gone now.

This was a great local place. Small with limited hours, but well worth the coordination needed to try it out. Sad to see it go. The fish fry was my favorite.

This is the best restaurant to open in Brooklyn in ages!!! Everything is homemade and delicious. I’ve never had a bad meal here and would highly recommend the walleye, salmon and chicken. Keep up the great work!!
