Bidrage med feedbackFour of us went to dinner on a Monday night. it was clean, neat, very quiet and dimly illuminated beautiful ambiente. in the walls there were also beautiful colored artworks. the service was very good. we shared the dishes we have, and they all taste good. the lamb in the lamb tikka masala was very tender. the seafood briyani had a good amount of seafood, was spicy and had many spices. the naan was great. loved my mango leti! I would definitely order them again.
It is my first time to try this resto and I am surprised that it is an Indian resto that smells so good no curry smell and it is very clean. I ordered beef biryani and it surpasses my expectations. faster service and personal are friendly. this is the best Indian rest I tried in nyc
I randomly stopped by here for their lunch special one day last month and was very impressed with the quality, price, and portion sizes. It was so good, that I had to come back for a second visit for lunch the next day! Between my two visits, I ate the chicken tikka masala, chicken vindaloo, channa Masala, and saag paneer I was happy with each of them and would highly recommend coming here for lunch.
Easily coming back here in the future to try the rest of the menu. The lollipop chicken was top tier, the mixed vegetable mushroom was sour and delicious.Butter chicken curry is mouth watering and perfect with the rice. The Chicken Malai Kabab was also really great.
Post COVID Curry Heights food was very good. They abandoned their buffet style trays where you would order from and every dish was prepared in the kitchen. Of recent they went back to this. Basically as a tray runs out of meat/vegetables they just add additional product to the gravy that is in the tray. This leads to bland flavorless food. Which was the problem pre-COVID.Overall I would give 1 star but that is not fair because if you are lucky enough to get the first serving from the tray the food is actually good.
