Chuan Tian Xia - Brooklyn

The restaurant was immaculately clean and all of the staff were wearing masks. The ambiance was modern and pleasant. I ordered the okra, cabbage, and eggplant dishes, and also received a complimentary serving of cold noodles for checking in on Yelp. The food was beautifully presented with extravagant dish accessories (you'll have to see for yourself) and everything tasted delicious. My only criticism is that the eggplant dish was served at the very end of our meal and they used single-use chopsticks and plastic spoons, which could be more environmentally friendly. Despite this, it is still a solid choice!

If you're looking for bold, flavorful dishes with a kick, this place is a great choice. Just be aware that the food can be a bit salty, but that's to be expected with this type of cuisine. Pairing the dishes with rice helps balance out the saltiness. We enjoyed all of the dishes but found that the pineapple fried rice had a slightly milder flavor compared to the other dishes we tried.

The food was decent, but not amazing. We spent $85 for two lunches. The atmosphere is pleasant. The music selection is good and at a perfect volume. The table and chairs are not the most comfortable, but they are not terrible.

??? is very fresh. Like the decoration, vibe and service. Overall, this place is good but probably won?t go out of my way from queens to eat here.

This place is a Sichuan cuisine GEM! Granted, its its in Sunset Park where you could probably throw a rock and hit a good chinese restaurant. They have a pretty extensive menu and even with six people, we felt like we were missing out on a few items. Thankfully calmer heads prevailed and we didnt over order which tends to be the case especially with larger groups. CTX is a great option for a taste of Sichuan even if you don?t live in the area, besides the dishes pictured (salted egg yolk tofu and mala grouper), their chongqing pepper chicken and garlic peashoots were great.
