Chloe's Bk - Brooklyn

This place always finds a new way to be ridiculous. I went there with friends and we were having a couple drinks at the table so I ordered my food to go. The waitress gave me the food and told me I will not be able to eat it at the establishment because it's a take out food. Why can't I eat food that I purchased at your place while I'm having drinks ?!!!! Keep in mind we were still buying drinks. There's so many restrictions at this place that I simply find it ridiculous. They also don't accept credit card after certain hours. Such a turn off.

Went to Chloe’s for the first time.I give them a 3 star because the food was okay. I got there at 9pm and the security guard at the door asked me to pay $20 to get in , I said I didn’t know I had to pay to go have dinner with my family, when he saw that I was walking away with my mom ,and cousin he called us to come back. I think that was ridiculous for a restaurant to ask people to pay just to go in. I dnt normally go to Haitian restaurant because, their customer service is so bad. I’m in town, and wanted to spend time with my Mom I know she would enjoy our cultural food better than American food that was the only reason I go there. The food was good but customer service was not great I tipped the waitress well because, she was pleasant. She did not ask once if the food was okay, she also got my Mom order wrong brought the source on the table. And we had to wait 30mins for the wrong rice to come. I only went their because of my mother if it’s for me they will not see me again. This place is way to loud, and needs better customer service, and please stop asking people to pay just to go eat. If you have a club fine but do not identify yourself as a restaurant, and than asking for people to pay just to go inside your restaurant. Not everyone wants to party some people just want to enjoy dinner with their love ones. It was 9pm that music does not need to be this loud ridiculous. And the plantains was over cooked by the way. I ate everything but the fry plantain the good food is not enough for me to go back. Needs better customer service for me, and to loud.

I went here on a Saturday evening, my girlfriend and I had reservations for 7pm. When we walked in we were seated right away and greeted by our waitress Deanna. Deanna was AMAZING! Her energy! Her customer service! Everything about her was amazing! My girlfriend and I both had the beef legume with rice and beans and can I say YUMMY! I also ordered a side of boulette and can I say YUMMY AGAIN?! For drinks I had the passion fruit and guava juice (Amazing). I had a wonderful time and left Chloe's with my tummy full and soul happy! Chloe's didn't disappoint at all! Thank you Deanna and Chloe's!

If I could give zero stars I would. My friend and I went here last week and I can honestly say I’m extremely disappointed. Not only was the service horrible, my salmon was completely burnt and my friend’s food was no where near what he ordered. When the waitress brought out our food I looked at my plate and immediately thought my salmon was ribs or something different because it couldn’t have been salmon so badly burned that they’re serving to people. It was almost like they told eachother to just make sure the presentation of the plate was pretty enough to distraction from the burning aroma and taste. Next, my friend ordered curry shrimp with white rice and got chicken. After we told the waitress he didn’t ask for chicken she got upset and insisted that she did not mess up the order and it was our fault.. which is weird but ok. Definitely will not be returning.

Ordered from Chloés through Uber Eats. They charged $25 for a Tassot Cabrit and gave a minuscule amount of meat, covered in so much pikliz. The meal was 95% rice, which should never cost this high. They also sent me pwa france instead of the pwa nwa I ordered. This is why Haitians can't support their own people. It feels like an intentional rip-off. Will not order from them again.
