Catskill Bagel Company - Brooklyn

The actual bagel was ok. I keep it simple: Everything bagel with cream cheese. But the service, the attitude, and the nerve of the staff to be so rude and roll eyes on customers…. Oh no ma’am, I won’t be coming back here.

Ordered bagels and 1 1b.of cream cheese. Just got the bagels. Called to ask them to please bring cream cheese. Nobody bothers to answer the phone. I thought I'd give them another chance after problems in the past but I guess they are just as customer unfriendly as always.

If you’re going to charge me 6.50 at least make sure you don’t burn it be a little nice at the counter (eye rolls would give it none stars but whatever now

The service is so bad. RUDE EMPLOYEES!! No matter how good you think the bagel is here, the rude service isn’t worth it.

The only reason why this bagel store is still open is because they’re the ONLY bagel store in this neighborhood. Worst customer service and their bagels aren’t even that good. Nothing like some good ‘ol BAGEL PUB bagel.
