Calexico - Brooklyn

I followed the waiter's recommendation and got the chorizo rancheros and it was alright. The rice was a little dry and the eggs were a little bit stale but the homemade pepper sauce that came in the side made up for it.

Went their for the first time and wasn't disappointed. We ordered Jalapeno poppers (the BEST) and nachos. You need to try the Margaritas You need to try the margaritas. they were super delicious, My fav is Mango I love it! Love Calexico

Fun atmosphere, fast service. I have had only the tacos here and most are very good and their passion fruit margarita is so flavorful!

Quality and value is the benchmark for Calexico. A place to make memories and enjoy some of the best Mexican food in Brooklyn. One of the few places that know how to make the best salsa and fresh chips. The team here is engaging and caring. Thank you Karo (the writer) and Emma. You are awesome.

I have been in Park Slope for 30 Years and frequented Calexico since it opened. I was just there for lunch sitting outside and there was a patron who was screaming at the top of his lungs in his storytelling to his lunch mates. He was screaming Motherfucking and **** so many times I cant count. I asked him to please lower his rant so that I could have my lunch in peace, and it became such a challenge that I requested my lunch be packed up to leave. What concerns me is that it was not my place to address this. It was management. They did nothing. Reprehensible.
