Dmire Brooklyn Roasting Company! I always get my beans from them since they have an enormous selection and a refill station where you can bring the same cans to fill them up again. When I replenish my beans, I occasionally receive a free coffee; however, this is dependent on the employee. It's a terrific place to work and the baristas are always friendly.
