Brooklyn Crab

The waiter/bartender never came to take our order we had to get the menus ourselves and then go up to him to place the order. Then went back to him to tell him that we were ready to pay . Despite that though the food was sooo good and the putt putt area was fun , I'd still come back for more.

Nice place for an evening dinner with family. A little expensive.. but every now and then, it's a nice spot with nice views and good food.

I came to this restaurant after visiting the aquarium with high hopes of enjoying some crab. Unfortunately, the crab that was served appeared to have been pre-boiled and was not hot enough. It was brought to the table in a metal bowl, with a wood bowl on top meant for discarding crab legs, rather than a typical bowl for seafood boil. The server did not remove the wood bowl, so I had to do it myself. The food was only warm, not steaming hot, and I couldn't start eating right away because I had to wait for the bib and utensils, which were served late. By the time I was a third of the way through my meal, it had already gone cold. I was very disappointed with the food quality and service, and I don't plan on returning. The ambiance was nice, but the food was overpriced and the worst seafood I've had in a long time.

There was no dinner. We spent 30 dollars to get there, and the restaurante was closed! It was an insult! The restaurant simply act like nothing happened, and sent us no message even to apologize. I really hope that no one else have to go through this like we did.

Brooklyn Crab is always incredible. It’s a splurge night, but it is worth it. The service is always great and fast!
