I have been calling this location for an hour now and they never answer their phone....is this business even operational

I placed a birthday cake for my 11 year old, 4 days ago and when I went to pick it up, they said it wasn't done because there wasn't any baker. WHY TELL ME THIS NOW!! an hour before her party!!

Great Donuts made Amazingly; They had ALL my fav’s too; They we’re friendly and helpful and gave me everything I wanted! (Next time I hope to get some Iced Coffee and/or Espresso or a Cappuccino). I’d recommend them to everyone!!!

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Rude, rude and rude. The girl wearing the hijab needs to get her act together if she still wants that job, or any job. She won't get far with that attitude. Will surely be putting in an official complaint with Dunkin Donuts online so she never talks to anyone else like the way she spoke to me. Constantly sighing when I asked for my order to be corrected. Lots of rolling her eyes. Then she even pointed her finger at me stating I should mind my own business when I told her I understood the **** she said about me to her coworker in her language. I've been here a few times because I live right down the block and each time my order was incorrect. I usually don't go back to have them fix it but today I did. Horrible service. I can't believe the manager is not reading these reviews and doing something about it. Will never come back here. Honestly, if you don't want to deal with nasty people and get in a bad mood then don't come here. They're disgusting and don't understand what good customer service means. Even a smile goes a long way. But nope, can't even get that out of them.
