Truly beautiful quality, huge, and cheaper than what can be found at the grocery store. They cooked up wonderfully! Totally recommend if you’re in the area.

Owner/staff are extremely friendly and provided great service. Asked for a custom cut extra large porterhouse for my wife and I to share as my birthday steak. He had it out of the back in no time and later were very happy with the flavor when seared on the stove. Very beefy, not bland, exactly what you would expect from your friendly neighborhood butcher that's providing a quality product at a very good price. We'll be coming back for our special occasion meats and more.
