Alberto's Pizza - Brooklyn

Food was nasty I will NEVER order from them again... Asked to speak to a manager about my complaints and I was told that one won't be in until Sunday. The female who answered the phone had poor customer service. I asked to bring the food back and get my money back she said she can't do that without a manager.. This is a business I will never support again. Very disappointing.

The pizza was burnt the chicken was also she said that was all the chicken left and knew it was burnt and still sent it smh ..An did not want to answer the phone .. That was my kids food .terrible

The food was pretty good. It was still nice and hot upon delivery. Only thing was the crust, it was thin, I like my thicker. Other than that, I would definitely order from there again.

The Burrito bowl is very flavorful along with their fried tacos and regular tacos. The wings are the best you are gonna get in the area! Definitely want to try their Desayuno next!

Ordered here for the first time today and I'm underwhelmed. I asked for extra meat and it looks like I was given a normal portion. Plus I was over charged. Never again.
