7 Old Fulton - Brooklyn

Chose this place because it looked nice and had a comfortable European feel. We were promptly seated and the server seemed very attentive at first but when it came time for me to order that's when the service did a 180. The bread that was given to us was cold and tasted like it was just rolled around in flour. The butter was cold and hard and didn't taste like butter at all. What an atmosphere! Julia was such a wonderful server. She was so welcoming especially as a first timer in New York. As well as the owner so very kind. this was a great spot to be! The food was spectacular and the drinks were tasty: I will definitely come back any visit I get. I highly recommend coming to 7 old Fulton!

We were hoping to have pizza, but the wait was a little too long at Grimaldi?s and Julianna?s?. This happened to be right nearby with open seating,m. The outdoor seating was charming, but it was cold out, so we went in. The staff was polite, and I was very pleasantly greeted with a nice atmosphere that included a case with various dry aging meats. We wanted after the walk over the brooklyn bridge to grimaldi. grimaldi had a line of 30 people waiting so we went a little further and found 7 old fulton and are so glad we did. it was the most romantic little Italian restaurant. they have an excellent wine list, reasonable prices and fabulous eating. it seems to be family owned and running and everyone was very attentive. we had a great time and a nice dinner. I'd say it's more of an adult restaurant. not something children would appreciate when they expect pizza.

Wonderful rigatoni! charming authentic Italian place. only critique is that they do not automatically serve brot, that would have been nice to suck the delicious sauce. I'd eat here in a definitive way!
