Einstein Bros Bagels - Brooklyn Center

Recently, there has been a change in management at this restaurant. Originally a Caribou Coffee, it has now been transformed into an Einstein Brothers location. In the past, some of the cashiers were quite rude, but during my recent visit, I experienced excellent service. Although I did not catch his name, the cashier was very friendly and polite. Hopefully, this level of customer service will be consistent moving forward.

The bagels at this restaurant were delicious! The schmear was a bit pricey, but that's not a big deal. I'm giving them 4 out of 5 stars because of my recent experience. I placed 3 separate orders but the person at the window insisted I only had 2. When I checked the bags, I saw that they had combined 2 orders in 1 bag. I informed them of this and they still claimed I only had 2 orders. Despite the confusion, I decided to just take what I had and our transaction was completed. Overall, it was an okay experience. I love this restaurant! I give it five stars, but it is a bit pricey. The bagels and coffee are excellent. We paid $45 for a fast food breakfast for three adults and a child (no dine-in available).

This place has only the sweetest staff! I come several times a week to get fuel for my early morning and everyone here just puts a bright start to my day. Try the cherry yogurt danish!

Vicki at the drive thru is amazing, so fast and professional. The iced caramel cold brew is perfect, add whip live alittle! The bacon avocado breakfast sandwich is full of freshness and flavor.
