Six Po Hot Pot Liù Pó Chuàn Chuàn Xiāng

This is a kind of self-serve hot pot restaurant. It offers a wide variety of ingredients, which I like very much. However, they all taste similar very quickly. As a result, the large selection of ingredients becomes irrelevant. I gave the restaurant a 1 star because I feel the wooden skewers may be reused (I am not 100% positive).

Pretty good for hotpot. Especially friendly for single with small pot.

We dined here with locals who consider themselves regulars at Six Po, which wound up being a wise decision. Every hot pot restaurant seems to have a slightly different system and setup, and the learning curve can be steep for those unfamiliar with this type of dining experience. Our hosts walked us through Six Po's refrigerated cases of meats, vegetables, sauces, and sides to give us an excellent sampling of the restaurant's vast selection. Despite the diverse palates at our table, all of us had a fun time, and a meal that was beyond satisfactory! Service was well-coordinated and professional, and they did a great job keeping the broth full and bringing beverages when needed. I'm sure our lead server recognized that our broth was right about at the upper limit of spicy-hotness for our table, and we were rewarded at the end of the meal with a complimentary bowl of shave-ice and strawberries to fan the flames! This was much appreciated. I can't wait to return.

SOO AMAZING!! I’m from LA and I can say this is the best hot pot place I’ve had in both LA and here (and I’ve been to a lot of hot pot places)!! The soup base is great, the food is fresh, and the service is amazing! Our waitress was so so nice and we loved her! Also, they gave us a complimentary bingsoo dessert which we absolutely devoured

This place is so fun! The spicy broth is amazing if you love heat and they have so many different veggies you can choose! This is one of my fav places to bring friends who are visiting Boston since the atmosphere and food are both fantastic!
