Bidrage med feedbackWhat a pleasant surprise! Every dish we ordered was delicious! Kara age curry don, shoyu ramen, tan tan men and Tako-yaki.The waitress was very attentive and service was excellent. The place clean and nicely decorated. The washroom was super clean too!Kid-friendliness: The waitress brought forks and two small bowls for the kids to eat.
Over a great place to have some Ramen in Brookline. The hot and sour ramen was outstanding and the pork gyoza was better than expected. It's just too bad that the wait staff and food wait took forever. I wonder if they were short-staffed the day? I went because for lunchtime the place was near empty yet we had to wait to get seated. Once we did there was a wait to put our order in there was a long wait to get our drinks and food. I'm willing to give this place another chance I'm hoping that this is a one-time inconvenience.
My daughter who ranted about this place took us when we visited her at her college. I have to say it did not disappoint. When we arrived we were the only patrons. I left for two minutes to wash my hands in the men’s room and when I returned the place was crowded and a line had formed outside waiting to get in. They move quickly in here so find what you want, eat and get out. Food was great! Can’t wait for my next trip there.
Very delicious. The broth is great! Well balanced recipe with veg and meat.
The restaurant used to be named Migaku and now they changed the name to Sapporo Ramen (prob changed owner too) We were a little surprised but we went in anyway. The karaage remains one of the best karaage I’ve had (been to many ramen places). I love how juicy and crunchy it is at the same time.Ramen is in a smaller bowl. I got the spicy miso ramen and shin ramen. Broth tasted wonderful. Thick and flavorful. Ramen has a great chewy texture. However, cha shu was a disappointment. It tasted bland like they cooked it without seasoning. That made the bowl of ramen a little underwhelming.I would come back when I crave the ramen but really hope they can upgrade their cha shu for the price of $17/bowl. Around the same for other places with better meat quality.
