Love this place .. Everything's cooked fresh when you order it. Always good quality and excellent customer service.

Reliably prepared foods. Many of the old standards cooked in fresh way, not cliches.

I've been here for years. recently, the things have changed with food quality and personal. I enjoy eating, not so much now.

Eating is downhill as it has service. they were happy to take mine for a gift card promo and then told me that it has expired and would not honor it. the woman in the register was rude. We used to eat them all the time as our place before we change the hand and loved them. would not go back or recommend. would rather recommend dumpling house.

I was referred to Mandarin Gourmet by a friend. He raved about how great the food was, so I decided to check it out after work. I entered the restaurant and simply asked the petite, short haired woman at the desk if they offered combination plates after 3p.m.. She rudely replied no. She seemed to be annoyed by my question. I agree with the numerous negative reviews. Spend your money somewhere a bit more hospitable. Maybe she was mad that the restaurant was empty. I wonder why.?
