The taste of the food is ok, but the value is terrible. They have Medium and Large Pho. A Medium is more like a small and Large is more like a Medium. The price is high too. $17 for a large. No napkins at the tables, tiny glasses of water. Not enough staff to provide service as well. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3
