I regularly place to-go orders through the app, and I haven't encountered any problems. The food is always prepared by the time I arrive, and my orders are consistently accurate. They frequently update the online exclusive sandwiches, which adds more variety compared to previous years, and the sandwiches taste better than they used to. I don’t expect gourmet food when I choose to eat here; I know what to expect. I simply want my order to be ready and correct, and at this location, it always is.

I will not be going b as ck to the ones in Bulloch, county Ga. It doesn't matter what is put on my sub, they have no taste anymore. Service: Take out Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4

The food was excellent, but the service and the quality of the meat used in the sandwiches could be improved. Overall, I would rate the food a 5, the service a 4, and the atmosphere also a 4.

Tyler then explained that they had been extremely busy and he was preparing a takeout order. However, since I was the only one waiting, I felt he could have made my sandwich instead. Having worked in customer service for a large restaurant chain, I believe that acknowledging a waiting guest is essential. A simple "We'll be with you in just a few minutes" would have gone a long way. Although I didn’t catch the name of the young man at the register who made my sandwich, his smile, kindness, and excellent customer service were truly impressive. In contrast, Tyler could benefit from a refresher on customer service and interaction skills.
