Mcdonald's - Brookhaven

Friendly, quick, and patient staff. They had a very long line in the drive thru and when I got to them I expected an annoyed employee, just because I know it?s not easy working late at night, but did not get that all. They were very kind and pleasant! Food was great as well. No issues!

Okay they say this was 24 hours it's 3:52 September 5th 2020 been sending at the speaker for like 10 minutes nobody said anything all the lights are on they're just not even taking orders like I don't know who's the manager here but your people are just sleep at work

They do not know how to make milk shakes here and blend them properly. Management did not care and didn't even apologize. Food was made sloppy and was extra greasy and fries were not fresh.

Cleanliness was really bad. All the tables had old food and trash on them. Bathrooms were not clean at all and were neglected. Customer service was not very good and was a bit disappointed when no one in the store was willing to take the extra step to go out of their comfort zone and help their customers.

Clean environment and inside the workers were easy going and got me in and out in a hurry. Fast turnaround time and i got the right order the first time. There is a few kiosk to order from if you prefer that way or you can order on the app or at the counter. I recommend getting the apl to get rewarded for eating at McDonald?s and also get deals on food or even free food. Restrooms in the back and the parking looks ok for this location.
