Kfc - Brookhaven

Through the thru drive waited about 10 minutes to place order on the loudspeaker. then I set order and they had not all my foods got in bag to house recognized what happened tried to call, forgot for about 8 dollars

Went here a few days ago. Pulled up to the drive-thru, everything was fine, but as we were ordering the person working drive-thru kept asking if that was it? We told her we wanted something else and she sighed like she didn't want us to order anything else. 1 out of 5 stars because of her attitude, the dry chicken and missing food. Would not go back.

Need to go back to real mash potatoes and bring spicy chicken back.

Absolutely the worst!! Order always wrong. Horrible service. Drive thru workers never polite but not rude tho. Only reason I go here is because my mom likes KFC.

I went here Saturday 01/08/22 afternoon and they had 2 people working have me attitude about me ordering chicken saying it's going to clear them out not my problem do your job stop giving attitude to customers then I went to the window and asked could i add the new chicken sandwich that they are advertising they told me it's against companies policy to add anything and told me to go get lost. This place needs to be shut down and hire me people to train because the staff here is a joke..
