Jamba - Brookfield

I started going here after my appointments. I don't live in Brookfield, but I always stop getting a smoothie. I enjoyed the smoothies that were made at this point. I thought they were doing a good job. But they must? ve has hired a new person or someone who now has her shift at the same time as I get there. That's the second time I saw her. Anyway, she usually wears her mask under her nose and she made my drink today. So I knew there was a problem because it was easier than yesterday (I got the orange c booster). But I tasted it and it was the consistency of a **** and tasted weak orange juice, but mainly ice, watery. She seemed upset and had someone else. But she poured the remade drink into the cup and as I said, thank you? there was no answer. Then I heard them say have a nice day and so to the customer behind me. I thought it was very rude and out of plaster. I spent $6 for a drink. It wasn't personal. The drink didn't taste right. And honestly, it wasn't better after it was done. Yesterday someone made the drink, and it was delicious why I ordered it today. Drinks should be made with consistency if I don't care about someone who makes them. And the service should be good as long as people are respectful. I'm not going out to get back here.

Wow! I just did an order ahead. Went in to pick it up..the girl behind the counter~ no hello, no ?may I have your name? grabbed a smoothie, threw a straw at me and rudely said ?have a nice day? without even looking at me. Believe me when I say I know we all are stressed but being rude is NOT the way. THIS is why I don?t tip the service industry??

Couldn?t pay cash. They didn?t know what there ingredients contained. They were short with me. I came from Plymouth Wi I thought I would have had a better experience. Smoothie wasn?t that good either for the price! Go to Tropical Smoothie now that?s a place great smoothies and food I recommend the Thai chicken Wrap and any drink!

Great vibe. Great people. Great service. Love coming here. Thank you Jamba Juice, and your amazing staff! Will encourage anyone in Brookfield, Waukesha, or even in the Milwaukee Area to check this Jamba Juice out for their service, products, and they are sooo meticulous with their work, and craft..! LOVE the Razzmatazz and wheatgrass shots! Was a special trip since we don't have a Jamba near us and we were delighted by the service and our drinks! We will come back to this location the next time we visit Milwaukee!!
