Jake's Restaurant - Brookfield

It was my birthday, and they made it extra special. They accommodate our needs. The meal was outstanding as usual the drink’s were wonderful and the service was impeccable.

The food and service was excellent, the restaurant is warm and inviting, I recommend Jake's whenever I can.

Both my boyfriend and I are first visit. It’s quite a drive from where we live. I wish they would’ve put a light by the entrance or the name of the restaurant, it was very dark. The food was good and the price was not too bad. The only thing I can say is that I feel that the tables are set up too close to the other tables. I just felt I’m too close to the other table and we can hear their intimate conversations.

It had been decades since I’d eaten here, and wasn’t sure it was still relevant or as good as I remember, but it was packed and the menu items were absolutely terrific.

I brought my 17 year old daughter and she was the only person under 30, which is fine because she has much experienced with fine dining world wide. The wines by the glass list was ok but not stellar. Service was great.
