My second time going Here and I definitely will be going back because they know how to treat their customers.

Always nice because breakfast is served all day. Still can get a meal for a decent price. And they have really good cappuccino drinks here. I was bummed they quit serving crepes here because they were my favorite. They do offer a variety of bakery you can pick up at the counter if you're in need of a pie or some bakery for carry out. They do offer curbside pick up if you like to order ahead.Kid-friendliness: They have kid menus and crayons for kids every time. Also they have high-chairs and booster seats which makes it easier if you have young children.

Was so excited today to get my sausage gravy and biscuits. Get through half my food only to discover a hair floating about in my gravy. Definitely not my hair. ? absolutely disgusting. Please wear hairnets when preparing people's food!

The food was cold, burned, and old. The ham and turkey were burned. The mashed potatoes were overcooked/crunchy and tasted old. More onions than green beans.The dressing was soggy and had some much sage in it, we couldn't even eat it.I've frequented Bob Evans for years and never had such a horrible experience.The entire place was stressed out and it showed. I called in my order and was told 30 minutes. I was actually late picking up my order and ended up waiting another 45 minutes once I arrived!
