Athens Foods Inc - Brook Park

Athens Foods Inc. is a family-owned business that was established in 1958. It is renowned as the largest producer of phyllo dough in the world. My Greek friends have told me that Athens Foods' phyllo dough is the best in the industry. When I used it to make baklava, spanakopita, and tiropita, I found it easy to separate, layer, and butter the delicate sheets of phyllo. Very few of the sheets stuck together or tore. Not only is this phyllo dough easy to work with, but it also tastes delicious.

The entrance to the restaurant is located at 13525 Hummel Rd. When you see the "No Truck" sign, turn left and follow the road across to the exhibition office between Docks 2 and 3.
