Aww Shucks Fire Roasted Corn

One of my favorite food trucks in the city! I've been getting corn from them for over a year. The Staff is always friendly and helpful when I visit this food truck! My favorite corn flavors are the veggie garden, garlic parmesean and then Mexican Street Corn!Last week I also tried their baked potatoes with the sauce that they put on the corn. The baker was delightful!

Deliciousness. Please support local owner/operated small businesses like this--their proof is in the puddin'...or corn in this case. Courteous speedy friendly counter service offering up yummy ? reasonably priced in an easy to find/park location. Was at the nearby postal carrier facility for training and grabbed both me and my trainer the 4 special flavors for $20 deal. Even he claimed it was delicious. I rarely give 5 stars but would consider if that preparation counter was lower because I wanna see these bad boys getting dressed up. I hope to return to try the rest of the flavors and would easily bring a platter of these to any function as my dish.

I have been salivating over this page for a long time and finally got to come taste it. So worth the wait. I got a potato because I wanted the corn to feel like a meal, and this massive thing lasted me THREE meals, easily. Great service from the employees. I’m honestly just waiting for the next time in Birmingham because I’m so exited to come back.
