Wendy's - BRONX

I and my spouse went to this place to eat for lunch. we were standing on the front side of the line for 20 minutes, while the workers, destiny, desiree and manager terrill ignored us to ask why nobody takes our order. we were told by desiree “we are short employees” they think there were only 4 customers waiting on the line while they were on the drive thru and uber frisst ordering and there were over 12 employees there. we then went after destiny, after she desiree said “take her order to stop complaining” that was very frustrating and destiny continued to talk under her breath when we asked ourselves. Finally, after we have asked to talk to the manager, we were supported by manager natasha who was very understanding and willing to help. they gave us the names of the 3 employees and also the company number for us to contact them. she even wanted to take our order personally, but after this experience we no longer depend on our order being taken. we have taken part by e-mail and telephone and wait for their answer. never again.

The WORST Wendy's EVER I order a apple pecan salad no MEAT and still had to wait 30mins. And it was not even busy in there and no line in the drive thru. It's ridiculous.

My girlfriend treated me to Wendy's on this day it wasn't that many people in there it was pretty clean that atmosphere was nice service was a little lacking but the food was goodFood: 4/5

I've been going to this restaurant for years and it's a good place to be. Cool employees and good food and drinks.Food: 5/5

Don't order from them if you're using grubhub. They don't complete the order and they have horrible customer service. DON'T SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE
