Wendy's - BRONX

I have been going to this place for years because I live in the opposite and every time I go, I regret spending my money because it is never fresh and my pommes are always cold. the workers on the trip thru have no hospitality and are not welcome.

The only thing I enjoyed was the burger. Dirty dining room. Old potatoes. The service from employees was normal.Food: 3/5

Locations are few and far between, which is sad as this is by far the best of the major fast food chains. Tastes good, simple as that. This specific location was fine, service was fine but I had to stand around asking for ketchup when there was no line and I didn't have any.

Worse experience ever almost 45 min on line. Wendy's is known and was founded on speedy service and good food. This wendy's failed on so many levels. I dred going to both wendy's on Boston rd.

Wendy 's food and burgers are fantastic. Taste freshly cooked. I love it . The issue that I have is the person who took my order evidently didn 't understand my English. I know what I ordered and requested I ordered 2 different type of sandwiches. One of the chicken sandwiches and the other was one of the cheeseburgers with bacon. I received the chicken it wasn 't until later on in the evening when I was home. The 2nd part was wrong I guess from now on I had better make sure what I requested is in the bag. Busted my BUBBLE!! your all set anticipating one thing . Not what you ORDERED!! Whoops!!
