They do not let them dip or use the rest space, even if they buy from there. you need to remove this feature from the list here.
I need the store manager or someone in management to contact me. Disrespect and having the phone up on me multiple times is not what the subway brand is all about. When i think of subway i do not think of anger or disrespect. I think of fresh food i can choose when I’m hungry. I have never been disrespected like this or talked to like this. I called the store to ask the subway representative if they can remove mayonnaise from one of the sandwiches once i placed the order and he was very angry and expressed this through the phone. I called multiple times which he hung up on me every time. After 5 calls and finally expressing my concern to him he said he would fix it. I thanked him because when someone is dealing with your food it’s best to be polite. I worked in the fast food industry and i seen workers do stuff to peoples food. It’s unfortunate and should not happen but it does. I received a call from the store and he said that he fixed the sub for me but i have to tell Uber to pay for the other sandwich that was incorrect. And guess what their was still mayonnaise in the sandwich
It is not just this Subway that is rude, I don 't understand why they find it so hard to honor a coupon (I am all for saving coins , these people actually talked back and forth (in their language for a minute or so and when asked if they are going to honor my FREESUB coupon I had to wait another minute as they continue their conversation, l asked again would they be honoring my coupon or give it back. He said he would accept the coupon and proceeded to make 2 sorry subs, which I watched them make (I expressed my displeasure with some audible responses like oh for real, that 's all the meat we get , the kicker is after I purchased my item and a few add-ons, the cashier said thank you and have a nice day with an attitude, I mumbled yeah ok and left, another experience (I will make this brief has to do with an on-line order and of course FREESUB coupon....ok order went thru on-line get to the store pick up time, but order is not ready, why??? dude wants to know how I got 2 subs for this price (he 's holding the receipt and pointing to the price , says I am not suppose to order on-line I am suppose to come into the store and proceeds to angrily fill my order, stop running coupons (promotions if you don 't want to accept them....I am through with ALL Subways
I ordered a turkey sandwich footlong. I SPECIFICALLY asked the guy to toast it well 5 times. He still did not toast the bread. Came home to eat and the bread got stuck on my teeth. If I were to eat that sandwich in the restaurant he would be making that sandwich AGAIN. I pay for a meal to enjoy it and you would make it the way I want. Period.
