The service at this restaurant was excellent, and the cleanliness was impressive. The food was also great. I would rate it 5 out of 5!

I recently visited 2195 Grand Concourse and wanted to share my experience. The food was fresh, but it lacked flavor—it could have used a bit more seasoning. As for the soda, unfortunately, it was not great; it seems many places cut corners on syrup these days, possibly to save money or for health reasons. The rice served with my meal looked almost plastic. Additionally, the service was surprisingly slow, especially since there were only four people ahead of me in line. Overall, it was a bit disappointing.

I've never had any complaints about this place. It can get quite busy, but for the most part, your order is handled properly. It's also wheelchair accessible; the doors open wide enough for a wheelchair to pass through comfortably.

Environment could be better with more sitting space.The drinks had way too much ice to liquid ratio.Food was great though!

The food was fresh and hot and I appreciate that. There's nothing better than hot fries and freshly made chicken. But the chicken was flavorless. I've never had that experience at Popeyes before. It was my understanding that there was a standard recipe for all Popeyes chicken so they should all taste the same!! Right??? Well apparently not because this chicken had absolutely no flavor. But the fries were good and the biscuit was soft.. top that off with the the cashier made a mean iced tea lemonade mix..so overall it wasn't too bad given that I was starving.
