Dunkin' - BRONX

I recently visited this location and had an unpleasant experience. A young woman wearing a blue headscarf came out, put on her gloves, and simply stared at me. I greeted her with a "Good Morning," but she just told me to place my order. This kind of disrespectful and unprofessional behavior is completely unacceptable. It felt as though she had a bias against me, even though we had never met before. I will be reporting this incident to the Dunkin’ brand because they should not be represented in this manner!

This place can get quite crowded in the mornings. However, you can’t fault the staff—they're typically quick at taking everyone’s orders. There’s nothing exceptional about it; it’s just your average Dunkin Donuts.

I usually have wonderful experiences with the staff at my local Dunkin' Donuts. To my Sunshine, Sunflower, Twin, and Handsome— you know who you are! This morning, I found a surprise in my winter chocolate latte. But nothing can dampen my spirits or ruin my day. Thank you, team, for setting the tone. I know today is going to be great!

I haven't tasted anything quite like the speck maple sandwich; it stands out compared to regular speck.

Quick, tidy, and welcoming service. It's a great place to be your go-to spot.
