Dunkin' - BRONX

I used to love Dunkin', but it was a disappointing day when they discontinued Dunkin' Midnight and Sweet Hazelnut flavors. Please bring them back.

I have been going to this Dunkin' Donuts since they opened and I have never been disappointed. The manager, Asma, is the best! She takes pride in her work and the rest of the staff feels like my second family. They always recommend new products and take the time to ensure my food is prepared safely. I appreciate their attention to detail and couldn't ask for better service or people. I give them 5 stars for everything. Their customer service is a perfect 10.

I had a good experience at this restaurant. My large iced caramel latte with extra caramel, no whipped cream was delicious. However, my sesame bagel toasted with butter was burnt, so I did not enjoy it. The store is small but well-maintained. The service was good - the staff were polite and efficient.

The restaurant always serves fast, hot food and incredibly fresh donuts. The staff seem to prefer customers with manners, as they may exaggerate their accents and ask you to repeat yourself if they don't like you or feel rushed. It can be amusing to witness, as long as it's not happening to you.

I have been a loyal customer of this Dunkin Donuts since they first opened, and I have never been let down. The manager, Asma, is absolutely amazing! She runs the store with great pride, and the other team members feel like an extended family to me. They always recommend new products for me to try, and they are very considerate of my dietary restrictions (I don't consume pork) by making sure my food is prepared separately with fresh gloves. I truly appreciate their attention to detail and exceptional service. I couldn't ask for a better experience all around. I give them 5 stars in every category, and their customer service is beyond exceptional. 10/10 would recommend.
