City Island Diner - BRONX

I had a fantastic experience at this local diner. I stopped by for breakfast and indulged in some eggs, sausages, and hash browns, accompanied by an iced coffee. The diner is situated in a wonderful location, perfect for taking a stroll around the island, doing some window shopping, and soaking in the island's enchanting atmosphere. It's a cozy little place that has a charming 'Mom and Pop' feel. During the weekdays, they offer breakfast specials for just $6.95, which is a great deal. One of the highlights for me was being able to watch the chefs prepare my breakfast right in front of me on the visible grill from my stool seat. If you're not hungry for a full meal, they also have a small coffee bar. The service was excellent, and the staff were friendly and welcoming.

One of the top three diners in the Bronx! The staff is incredibly friendly and they remember their customers. The food is always fresh, and kids really enjoy it too. It’s a great spot to take your family, and afterward, you can stroll around City Island. Don’t forget to check out Clipper Coffee just a block away!

Came here on a sunday for breakfast. I absolutely appreciate and love the Mom Pop vibe of this cozy establishment. The place is clean. The staff are warm friendly. The food was delicious. Prices are fair. My friend ordered blueberry pancakes and I ordered the spinach tomato feta omelette. It's definitely worth the trip. Wonderful experience. My new favourite place. Can't wait to come again and again. Enjoy :
