Buffalo Wild Wings Riverdale - BRONX

I joined the waiting list and they didn’t honor that. They said they don’t use this app for their restaurant. I don’t want to argue because I will not argue with anyone making me food. I had to wait about 15-20 min. for a table, then another 20-25 min. to be asked if I even wanted water. Bad experience, probably won’t go back to this BWW again.

The only thing I can say was that the waitress was not very hospitable or nice. In fact she even forgot my fries to go with my wings. I only ate wings, because she didn't bring fries.

Young, where do I start? this is one of my favorite restaurants in the opposite, but they do really bad. I was once a regular customer, but lately I was disappointed so I don't go much anymore. eating takes too long to get out, the oil is always dirty. the riders to suppress, look hard and dark, and the wings are always soggy, even if they request them extra crispy. these new managers just walk around cautiously and never help their employees. I have in the bar many times the bartenders who need help while the bar top tables and the entire bar and not a single manager come and help the bartender. I gedimt on the last Sunday 10/23/22 and the restaurant was a whole chaos. I don't think there was a busty young one available because there was so much rubbish on the floor and tables, I almost even over chicken bones, which was on the carpet through the bathroom. I never had a problem with the customer service, but what bothers me most, this location is still on many items out. no corona, no heinetic, no margaritas! they had not provided the majority of the beer when I left. what is bad is that when they put them in their order, they come back and tell them they don't have that and that. instead of the server know they are temporarily sold out. there were no French pommes on the other day. I got a burger and was forced to get keile, but I was still for the keile verses it was removed from my bill for the inconvenience of the company that French pries actually come with the burgers. this place really needs to get it together. I barely see manager in front of location, and if I do, there are two women walking around or standing through the bar instead of running around, and checking on the tables to make sure that the restaurant runs smoothly. there is hardly a host. I have seen how customers are waiting on the host stand to escort to a table. please do it better! also, take out sucks. I ordered all apartments and received half drums, but I was already at home when I testify to my departure order was not exactly. I'm not even worried about a refund, but I wish they were better over everyone.

I understand the rush of football sons, but after waiting for about an hour and thirty minutes to get my food, my order was wrong. I let someone know before and then they tried to convince me that I was wrong and not the order. After talking to 3 people, my order was finally corrected, but I had to wait 15-20 minutes for new wings. hopefully eating is actually good
