Bricks Hops - BRONX

Bricks & Hops is always a lively and welcoming spot that feels like home. The atmosphere is great with sports on TV and good music playing. The food is amazing, especially the shrimp quesadilla which I love. The red sangria is strong and will definitely have you feeling good.

We went to this restaurant for a birthday dinner with a small group on a Friday evening. The bartenders and waiters were extremely friendly, the happy hour specials were fantastic, the food was delicious, and they provided games for the tables like giant Uno, Jenga, and more.

The ambiance is fantastic, guests can play games at their table while waiting for their food. The dishes are served hot.

The have a chimi slider, tasted like a regular burger, when I told her it doesn’t taste like a chimi, they said they don’t actually use chimi sauce. So ummmm, why call it that?Here’s the recipe pasted below:½ cup of ketchup½ cup of mayonnaise¼ cup of of orange juice1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauceNot that hard to make, Figure it out or don’t call it a chimi as it’s false advertisement. if it wasn’t because I don’t trust sending food back, I wouldn’t have ate it.

Good beer, great music, nice staff. Lots of beer selections but they were out of many we asked for and I did not like the food.
