The service at this restaurant was fantastic. The staff were very friendly and attentive. My only criticism is that the milkshakes were a bit too watery. I understand that if they were too thick, it would be difficult to drink, but I think they could benefit from being a little thicker to strike a balance.

The service at this restaurant was excellent, with wonderful employees. The only downside was that the milkshakes were a bit too watery. It would be great if they could find a perfect balance between thick and thin consistency.

The first two times we went by the line was out the door....so we passed. Then we stopped several times after that and the line moves quickly.

Long, long wait, but well worth it! The ice cream was sooo good and lots of great flavors. Great old-time feel once inside. Definitely add this to your must-do list in NY

Excellent ice cream and they were right, the line moves quickly. I had butter pecan and it was excellent. American tradition for many years don't miss this opportunity to experience deliciousness.
