I placed an order through the app today and requested the boss with provolone cheese, but they ended up using fresh mozzarella instead. I also ordered the outlaw and specifically asked for it to be toasted, but what I received was cold steak and un toasted bread! It shouldn't be difficult to check the order ticket...

The service was disappointing; the staff mostly stood around chatting while I waited for over ten minutes. It felt quite rude.

The waitstaff were unhelpful and lacked knowledge about the menu. They were also quite rude. However, the fish was excellent!
