Domino's Pizza - Bromsgrove

. Ordered 2 pizzas and 3 sides. When the driver arrived with only 2 pizzas, we were told to call the shop. We did right away. We were told the sides will be on th way soon. Then we started eating pizzas. Half an hour later still no sign of sides delivering. This is the worst part. The women who answered the call has no clue about our missing orders. Then she said the driver has just left the shop. As you can imagine, I'm not very happy because it has been so long. The guy called Ash then answered the call said the driver has left 10 or 15 mins ago. Because I was asking for refund. 20 mins phone call continue to request refund because don't want food anymore. It was REFUSED. I suggest if any food missing from your order. Just get a refund. Maybe you won't get it again and no refund will be issued. I will follow this up as their customer service team will email me for solution on Monday. Very bad service. I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN NO MATTER HOW NICE THE FOOD IS.

Ordered through the app and when we came to pay it said there was a problem with the order so we tried again another 2 time only for the same message to appear so we left it and ordered from another pizza delivery service only for a message to appear 10 minutes later that all 3 of my dominos order weren’t being processed so phoned redditch dominos but it just kept ringing out so went up I knew I couldn’t go in in this current situation that we are in but needed to cancel the orders only to be met by a very rude and disrespectful to me and his staff manager all I wanted was to cancel and get a refund but all he did was hide around the corner and not acknowledge that we were there which got me angry I will never use dominos again and this manager needs sacking because he is rubbish at his job and very rude to his staff and customers I will be on to head office first thing Monday morning so watch out manager of dominos redditch

At home with friends deciding which Pizza to order from the consensus was Dominos, delivery was very fast, Pizza was very disappointing, probably the worst Pizza's we have ever had, so bad we called the manager only for our complaint to be brushed aside with a limp apology, no refund, no replacement, so if you want a scrumptious Pizza with generous topping, made with care then I suggest you avoid this particular franchise.

The food at this Dominos Pizza is always top notch. I have ordered from here many times and pizzas are always delicious and piping hot. It doesn’t take long to arrive and the delivery staff are always pleasant and polite too!

We call in here after after all are theatre night have had great experience each time and the food is always of a good standard thank you
