I wish there were zero star. Impolite staff there, today (2022-05-22)we were waiting for more than 30mins there, but she was accepting other customers and the reason was that we ordered 7 sandwiches online, which was supposed to be ready in 10mins! And when we talked to her boss and her boss asked her to make the sandwiches, she started to make sandwiches in a rude manner, throwing breads on the counter and throwing cheese on bread!It’s not accepted to be disrespectful to client!!

I invite the manager to see recorded camera on may, 22nd 2:30pm.We made an online order, when it was our turn the girl said let me make sandwich for one person that is in the line, then yours. We said yes. When done, two others arrived and she started making theirs. We had argued because it was our turn. But she refused to answer us and left the counter for 5min. Then came back and again didn’t start making our order. And started speaking disrespectful to us and every 2 min she said they speak English (like we are doing something bad)Finally we were there for 35 min and she still refused and called her boss saying that “they ordered 6 sandwiches online and it takes time to make”.We had to leave at it ruined our outdoor walk we were planning to go on that afternoon!I am going to call head office of subway to follow up.

The worst and rude staff , really not recommended .
