Costa Coffee - BROMLEY

I frequently visit this place to meet family for coffee and conversation. The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and makes great drinks. The blonde lady recognized me from a previous visit and remembered my order, which made me feel really nice.

Nothing wrong with the coffee, but the waiting period even if not particularly busy is so slow they can expect to wait at least minutes to place their order. make sure they have a lot of time.

First and last time to visit, over workers stand around and ignore me for minutes. more watery coffee and half. will not return and imagine not too much longer at most reviews!

Today past the costa, oktober, found all the doors closed and no ventilation. windows all wet with condensation . the personal seemed to think it is nice to wear their face mask on the half mask. the personal never cared for social distancing and served people. who did not wear face mask while waiting to be served. it seems that the personal in biggin hill must be advised further, to mandatory requirements for covid (coronavirus); laid down by government and local authorities, bromley council. .

Visited today today the gentleman that served was abrupt and unwelcoming. I asked for some sugar which dropped on the floor as he virtually threw them at me! No apology from the man in question. I certainly will not be returning. If you don’t like...the public find a new job mate!!!
