Qdoba Mexican Eats - Broken Arrow

Upon entering the store we waited about 5 minutes to be served, a young man waiting to clock in finally served my family and I, however he still wasn 't clocked in, because the young lady who was clocked in was in the back doing whatever she was doing. He was very friendly and polite. When she finally decided to come out from the back, she gave her boyfriend something free to eat, she gave him free cookies, and a free drink. She was also preparing to wrap the cookies they bake. The cookies were sitting out on the table in the open from the time we entered the store until shortly before we left. Because she gave her boyfriend free cookies and she had them sitting out on the table for so long, I asked if they were giving out free cookies today, her reply was no, they 're just sitting on the table . The food is normally good however I 'm not sure what happened during this visit. No one had on a proper uniform so I guess it 's safe to assume uniforms aren 't provided or needed at this location. The attire looked as if they rolled out of bed and decided to go to work. Very unprofessional. I 'm not from this area, however I would not recommend this location to anyone based on our overall experience.

The chef, who is both lovely and incredibly patient, handled a busy restaurant on her own, all while wearing a gracious smile. Thank you for the amazing food! UPDATE: As always, the food is fantastic! I absolutely love the queso and guacamole—delicious! Update #2 (as of July 24, 2022): I stopped by for dinner and noticed there was no air conditioning. However, I’m not complaining because the staff was so sweet and kind even in the sweltering heat of 103°F. Despite the heat, the food was served hot, and the service was outstanding. Thank you for the excellent service!

The surf and turf bowl is absolutely fantastic! The shrimp is packed with incredible flavor.

There was no manager present to discuss this issue with, and while the employee was very nice, she mentioned that she was still learning the ropes. I could tell she was stressed, especially with a growing line of customers waiting. I didn’t want to add to her stress, so I took the meal and left. I couldn’t find a contact number anywhere on the receipt to address my concerns about the order. The only number listed was for the store, but given that the only staff member there was the one handling my order, I didn’t see how that would help. Unfortunately, this was my first experience with them, and sadly, it will also be my last. While the employee who assisted me was doing her best, it seems like the management at the establishment needs improvement. After reading other reviews, I’m beginning to wonder if they even have a management team at all.

Susan was very helpful and fun to work with! She was able to accommodate me even with computer issues they were having. Both of the employees were very nice, they could use a few more employees to speed things up a bit but they were great and did an excellent job with what they had.
