Bidrage med feedbackRibs with skimpy meat, luke warm ribs and fries. Friendly staff. Probably won't be back unless I sit at the bar with a Margarita.
Worse wings I have ever gotten from a restaurant, these were just disgusting. One of my drum stick was not cooked all the way through. The flavor I ordered was Sante Fe jalapeño cilantro and it literally tasted like nothing. Just salt and black pepper was all I tasted and wings didn’t not have any kind of sauce on them. Will never order again, you’re better off with Buffalo Wild Wings or wing stop.
There needs to be a zero rating available, because this place is it. Horrible service, and food to match. Overprice small servings, along with thawed frozen tough chicken, not grilled as stated, and absolutely no seasoning except the pico they dump on it. Then when we complained, does the waiter try to make amends or say Im sorry I'll see what I can do...NOOOO, He says I dont cook it I just serve it., among others later. The manager did come, and then we were just left there sitting for 30 minutes not knowing if we were going to be helped or not, or if we were getting a check or not. Theres more, but thats the short version of this was the worst restaurant experience we ever had, and we will never go there again, and do yourself a favor and do not ever go here!
I gave 3 stars only because my first experience was very good. Both times we ordered thru door dash and both times ordered smoked wings and boneless. The boneless were for kids so no sauce. The ranch was in the container lid off so soggy ranch covered wings and fries. The similes wings were so dry we threw most out. They were seriously like jerky. They had been fried after being smoked resulting overcooked wings, exactly like the turkey on Xmas vacation movie. The first time we ordered the smoked wings, they were smoked and not fried and very good. I was excited to order again only to be grossly disappointed. We ordered half without sauce and those were not edible. The ones with sauce had enough moisture from the sauce we could eat them. The fries were so greasy they had to have been fried in warm and not hot grease. Very expensive lesson. Their wings are not cheaper then anywhere else. If you must go eat there or pick them up so you can take them back. Won’t go back. I am being generous awarding 3 stars to such an awful experience.
I'm sick and tired of going to a restaurant for a take home item, only to get it home to find I didn't get what I ordered and paid for. This evenings experience with the Broken Arrow Chili's was just that. I went into the take-out area and ordered two 3 for 10 meals, both original chicken crispers and paid. They said they would bring it to my car and I told them where I was parked. During the short wait, I observed what appeared to be come confusion as to which orders when to which cars. A staff came out to my car and asked me the name on my order. When she brought my food, I started to check the order and she assured me it was the correct one. Against my better judgment, I didn't check further. Upon arriving at home I discovered that neither order had the honey mustard. It changes the whole original chicken crispers meal when you don't have the honey mustard. Also, they didn't include the eating utensils with the meals and neither of the two soft drinks tasted like they should. Sometimes the settings on soft drink machines get off which staff can't always control properly, but the other two things are a direct result of being sloppy and not paying attention to the detail of whether the order being given to the customer is right. It really, really is not hard to do to pay attention to the detail as to the correctness of the order, but a person must have the desire and the follow-through to make sure. This was lacking at the Broken Arrow Chili's on this and some other occasions. I called the manager, and of course she was apologetic and offered to get me the missing items, but when one lives six miles away, he is not going to go back for what should have been there in the first place. The food is cold enough as it is when you get home. It doesn't need and extra 45 minutes to cool more while you go back to Chili's. As usual, I declined the manager's offer of any sort of compensation, because I'm not complaining to get free food. I told her I just wanted for them to get orders right in the future, because I wanted them to stay in business, and with performance like this evening's, they won't survive. There's a high-end pizza place not too far from the Broken Arrow Chili's and of the three times I ordered a take-home pizza, two of them were made incorrectly. It's been many months since I quit going to that pizza place. I don't want Chili's in Broken Arrow to also be on my bad list but it will be on mine, and on other's no go list if their laxness keeps up. It's not rocket science.
