Bidrage med feedbackThe service was prompt, and the monthly margarita was enjoyable! We started with the spinach queso dip, which was delicious, and the dip salsa was fantastic! However, the chips were excessively greasy, which was off-putting. The chili seemed slightly overcooked, but the potato soup salad was tasty. The buffalo chicken ranch sandwich was a great choice. I would consider returning, as we might have just encountered a bad batch of chips and chili.
The girl at checkout didn’t seem very attentive. While she was busy with something on the computer, she asked if I was paying with card or cash. I told her cash and placed a $20 bill on the counter. She then looked down and asked if I was using that $20 to pay—seriously? My main complaint, aside from the cold food, is that there were no napkins included in my bag. How can you not provide napkins with a to-go order?
Meanwhile, the table next to us paid their bill and received their takeout boxes while we were still completely ignored. After waiting for a full 10 minutes without any interaction, we decided to leave. This is particularly disappointing because our toddler loves this restaurant, and we frequently visit it. However, after this experience, we won't be returning. It's incredibly frustrating to deal with hungry children while numerous employees linger around chatting or assisting others nearby, all while we were left unattended.
Our team stopped in for dinner and we weren’t disappointed! Service was great and professional. Food and drinks came quickly. Everyone was happy with their meals and we all left with full bellies. I look forward to the next time.
Had a $50 Be our guest credit from a bad experience at a different location 2 years ago... finally made it to the Broken Arrow location to redeem was pleasantly surprised. The food this time was amazing the service was 5 stars!! Thanks for making things great!
