Braum's Ice Cream Dairy Store

I really like braums. But i get cold old fries 98% of the time. They hv really gd fries when they r fresh. When ordering fries i hv to say i want fresh fries. Wow. Should not hv to say that. Not gd customer service on that. So i pay for cold old fries. Sad!

Champagne at the drive thru at 2:37pm on Saturday April 28th, was extremely rude when taking our order. There was no patience for the 15 seconds it took to get everyone’s drinks picked out and then kept cutting off my mother in law, who is a cancer survivor. Being busy isn’t an excuse to rush the customers when all you’re doing is taking orders. If she’s not a child worker developing her customer service skills, there is no excuse for an Adult to act this way. We will not be returning to this restaurant and will recommend friends and family to avoid the Braum’s on Kenosha and Elm.

They served a Banana Split with NO PINEAPPLE SAUCE. Without Pineapple Sauce on the Vanilla Ice Cream, it’s not possible to be a “Banana Split” At that point it’s just a mundane Banana sundae…

Dirty as usual during an after dinner rush.Parking: Room for 50 plus.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a few tables that are accessible. Plenty of room to maneuver a wheel chair.

Bro please stop forgetting my gravy! With my chicken strips! That’s the best part! Slow down and double check the bag for items! This is the 2nd time you forgot my gravy! After you even asked me if I wanted gravy or any dipping sauce ?!
