Hello, we had booked an apartment for 2 nights and as stated in the description, German and English are spoken. Unfortunately, that was not the case, so that communication was almost impossible. The problem is that you couldn't see where to log in at all, and then get a Polish explanation of how to use which code for which door. Great deal as we don't speak Polish. We then booked breakfast for the next day, with a lady who only spoke a little English. Unfortunately, the restaurant was still closed and we had to drive into town without breakfast. But the best thing comes last, as we found out, you can lock the front door to the 3 apartments from inside, which a guest did. So we couldn't get to our apartment in the evening around 11 p.m. With a lot of ringing and knocking we were then opened by a guest who had probably also locked. To then tell us in perfect German that you don't speak German. He then immediately wanted to lock the door again, although we explained to him in German and English that we also live here, but that didn't interest him. I could just stop with my foot that he could lock the door again. We were then only able to gain access by force (I won : Great night . The rooms are so badly soundproofed that you can hear exactly what is happening in the other rooms or which tooth is being brushed. When we left, we also had a power outage, which of course was great with electronic locks. Should we be in Brodnica again, we will definitely not stay there again. Kind regards R.H.
