Meadowbrook Diner - Brodheadsville

There's not many great dinners in the Poconos but this one was down right gross. Crap service and the food made 2 out of 3 of us nauseous! I would never go back there!

Never thought a breakfast could be screwed up but they managed to do it. Can’t handle high volume. Their loyal patrons are just that, loyal. My wife ordered blueberry pancakes, the pancakes seemed microwaved and the blue berries were the canned type. My breakfast potato’s seemed to be what’s burned on the bottom of the frying pan with no taste. Oh yes. Our cousin ordered a bagel, that wasn’t screwed up. Other reviews stated this was a locals spot where everyone knows each other, without a doubt the truth because if you look or sound like you came from outside of the Pocono’s then you’re treated like trash. I have been living here since 2006 and this was my first time there…. Definitely the last.

Great food, but long wait for food. Portion sized, so prices aren’t bad. I’ll be back during the week to see how it goes but I do recommend!!

On this trip we had pancakes and coffee and also 3 egg omelet with cheese in home fries and of course again great service coffee refills before you have to ask.

Everyone here is like family precious lovable wonderful people work there the owner goes out of her way makes their own pies everything is made fresh you have to try to fresh sausage patties
