Starbucks - Brockville

Staff are great, very friendly! The barrista's need to be trained on how to make a proper Match Tea Latte without there being lumps in your cup as you're nearing the end. It's happened everytime I get one, and it's my favourite. Love the staff, just more training needed.

Time for an update on my original poor review. This Starbucks has turned things around. Friendly service, hot drink that are made as ordered. I am now a regular customer since these changes and would recommend them if your driving by or through Brockville and looking for a hot or cold beverage!

Not sure why most locations only have a single restroom open. We were told that we can only get our sandwich heated up so hot that you cant eat it by a real snotty teenager .

Placed mobile order for pickup via drive thru. After waiting about 5 mins at the window was told by a staff member that I should wait at least 10 mins before coming to pickup a mobile order. So it 's my fault you are slow at filling orders?? How would it be any different if I just placed my order AT the drive thru and then pulled up to the window? All that should have been said was Sorry for the wait sir. . Staff should not have tried to make the wait my fault. Never had this pointed out to me at any other Starbucks location, and I am a frequent customer.

Caitlyn Tom were both very friendly helpful. I don't do Starbucks very often but this one was a very positive experience!
