Wow, the service was quite disappointing and incredibly slow. Three people at our table ended up complaining about incorrect orders. One customer was particularly frustrated with the poor service and even made a scene, calling out the staff for their rudeness. Honestly, he was completely justified in his complaints.

This Eastside location is under new ownership and you can tell. It is absolutely disgusting inside. The service is below even brockton standards. They were out of 7 regular menu items; tenders, spicy, mac just to name a few. What was available looked as if had been sitting for hours. Best not to order from here. Make your way to the westside to enjoy your meal

That is the worst place to get food. Their service is incredibly slow, and they never seem to have enough staff. The staff they do have move at a snail's pace. They even served my rice in a chicken bag! I really dislike going there, but my child loves their food. I think I'll head to the shopping center instead.

My experience at this restaurant was disappointing and unprofessional. I had trouble understanding my order, and to make things worse, they couldn't provide exact change, so they rounded my total down by 85 cents instead of rounding up to the nearest dollar. I ended up with a cold chicken sandwich heavily slathered in mayo, and when I asked about my order, I was told to wait a few more minutes. After ten minutes with no updates, I brought it up while another customer was also complaining about the service; I was still waiting for my fries that I had been assured were coming. One of the staff members, a young man, just laughed dismissively and didn't acknowledge his mistake or offer any kind of apology. He even joked about the fact that they were "short on fries," which was incredibly rude. There was no management presence to address the situation, and the overall lack of professionalism was shocking. I believe this establishment needs serious improvements, as the service I received was unacceptable. If I could give a rating of zero, that's what would reflect my experience today. Popeyes, you need to do better!

Eating was really good, but recommend to eat the cookies with a drink because I was torn up and almost died from dryness, but it was quite good and a very reasonable price
