The Custom House - Brockport

After eating at custom house many times throughout the years, we knew they would be the perfect place for our rehearsal dinner before our wedding! They were very very affordable and Michelle was so easy to work with! She even made us a custom menu that she printed for us! The food was so good and they made sure to keep it coming so that no one left hungry! I highly recommend them if you have an event you need to host or if you just want to stop in for dinner and a drink!

Service is welcoming, professional, and on point. I've only tried the Burger thus far. It was cooked perfectly and juicy (wish it came with a custom house made sause and had proper seasoning). Fries have excellent seasoning. Love the Historic Building atmosphere.

Food wasn’t hot when served, waitress was a bit forgetful and inattentive (brought the wrong kind of beer, served coffee without cream/sugar then forgot to go get it), the bar was covered with dirty plates and the bartender was right there. The chicken wings were absolutely gross. French fries soggy and cold. We all ordered, then the server came back they were out of tortilla chips which affected 3 out of our 5 orders. Won’t be back.

Great atmosphere and top notch service. Just stopped for drinks.
