Pizza Hut - Brockport

I had no pizza, but in a while... Man was delicious, crispy edges and full of memories. No buffet... And the waiter was great.

However, the bathroom was a whole different story. It looked like something out of a horror movie, which seriously surprised me. I half-expected to find someone chained to the exposed pipes! When I walked in, the thought that crossed my mind was, “This is how I'm going to die.” At least there was no attempt to disguise the state of it; I guess that's something. The floral image on the wall provided a tiny bit of relief, at least. Overall, it was an experience I'll remember!

The customer service was outstanding; the staff was always friendly and attentive. Deliveries were consistently quick. I ordered a personal pan pizza on a Friday night at the last minute, and while the wait was a bit longer than usual, it was still reasonable. The team was very polite, even though I forgot it was a Friday. The pizza itself was on par with any other Pizza Hut experience I've had.

We received excellent service during our visit. Our group of 10 was unexpected, but we were promptly served drinks and food without any delays. The waitress was fantastic, managing our needs along with several other tables. The only downside was that one restroom was out of order, and the lock on the other one was broken.
