Bidrage med feedbackI often visit this Byrne Dairy because it's conveniently situated on my route to work. However, my experiences have been quite varied. Most of the staff are younger, and at times they neglect to make chocolate cookies and have difficulty keeping the refrigerator stocked. Fortunately, there are a few employees who stand out for their excellence, consistently ensuring that the cookies are fresh and the shelves are well-stocked. I'm a big fan of the cookies and chocolate milk here. Overall, it’s a decent spot since it's the last stop before the highway, but there are certainly better Byrne Dairy locations in the area.
It's really disappointing that they're raising gas prices and taking advantage of college students.
The credit card machine at the pump is unreliable; it occasionally works and other times it doesn't.
I came back after ten minutes only to discover that they were completely out of burgers and couldn't make any more. I ended up waiting for ten minutes for nothing. The biggest issue wasn’t that they ran out of burgers, but the fact that they ignored me during that time and wasted my time. They could have easily come out to inform me that they were out of stock. This experience showcased a lack of customer service and consideration for their patrons.
I ordered two servings of mozzarella sticks, and it took more than 30 minutes for them to arrive. When they finally did, they were undercooked on the outside, and most of the cheese was oozing out. The restaurant wasn't even busy, and there were four employees present. I noticed one employee who seemed unmotivated; she repeatedly stopped to chat with her coworkers instead of preparing my order. Instead of cooking the mozzarella sticks right away, she spent time stocking the sandwich station first. After about 10 minutes, she realized the oven wasn't even on and then moved the sticks to another oven, leaving them for the next shift's staff (who were actually helpful—shoutout to the kid with shaggy hair) to finish cooking. This was honestly the worst experience I've ever had at a Byrne Dairy. The only positive aspect was that one out of the seven employees (four before the shift change and three after) was actually doing their job and providing assistance.
